Each team provides 2 game balls per game
2 umpires per game
No new inning after 1:45 - Drop Dead at 2 hours
Ties are allowed in Pool Play
Game score reverts back to last complete inning if game is stopped.
Teams can hit as many players as they would like
Speed up rules - run for pitchers and catchers of record
Pitchers are limited to 8 innings for the tournament
